Job Overview Be the face and voice of TE Connectivity to drive company growth by delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience. Make it easy for customers to do business with TE. Make every interaction memorable enabling deeper relationships. Deliver value to our small and medium customers while resolving all their inquiries. Identify opportunities to generate new business and organic revenue growth through both inbound and outbound reach. Create a favorable impression and sell the TE brand to strengthen our ability to attract, retain and win with customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Your Responsibilities:
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our growth targets through a passion to serve:
•Develop, enhance and grow customer relationships through lead generation, building an opportunity pipeline, nurturing customers through their buying journey and driving customer loyalty;
•Offer solutions to customers which add value during their request for support throughout their journey;
•Become an expert on the TE value proposition: Technical Expertise, Superior Service, ability to demonstrate your knowledge and influence buying decisions through innovative product solutions;
•Understand landscapes of small and medium customers by actively providing options and solutions and treating customers as valued.
•Delivering an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on TE products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer;
•Driving design-in solutions and design wins;
•Growing and nurturing customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value and drives sales;
•Nurturing opportunities with customers through regular touch points to create sales engagement;
•Leading qualification and follow-ups of inbound leads received through various sources (including company website, sample system, social media channels, events, and other sources);
•Developing sales opportunities, and assisting in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions;
•Offering custom technical solutions that benefit the customer;
•Communicating through various channels such as telephone, email and live chat with customers and internal stakeholders including production, sales, engineering and logistics;
•Committing to being part of the solution when faced with a challenge;
•Reacting positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable.

Your Profile:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Business/Sales/Marketing/Engineering)
•Fluent in English and German are required;
•Demonstrated ability to solve problems and good influencing skills;
•Strong verbal, written and presentation skills;
•Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner;
•Resilient and willing to operate in an environment that embraces change;
•Consultative selling experience desired;
•Relevant product or industry experience desired.
