Job description


- Collating scanned copies of handwritten timesheets and entering the data onto a centralised timesheet system
- Operating a number of in-house and client based timesheet systems, ensuring accuracy in the recording of data and processing of information
- Processing placement and timesheet information
- Responding to ad hoc locum queries
- Acting as an escalation point for the junior team regarding issues
- Engaging with the sales team to respond to locum queries
- Collating and processing BRN’s and PO’s onto client invoicing
- Replying to locum timesheet related queries via email and telephone

Skills required


- Data entry to multiple systems (including a centralised timesheet system and database)
- Adhering to strict deadlines
- Working at fast pace whilst retaining accuracy
- Organising and working through large volumes of emails from a shared team inbox
- High attention to detail
- High level of numeracy and literacy/problem solving
- Can do attitude
- Team orientated with good telephone manner
- Ability to pick up new skills

Experience desired


- Medical Recruitment experience
- Pay and charge experience within Recruitment
- Experience in a transactional office role
- Online medical/third party portals, 247Time, Reed, E-Tips, Brookson, Medacs etc.
- Fielding queries from locums, umbrella companies, Hospital Trusts, 3rd party Portals
- Experience of working in a high volume locum/temporary/contract recruitment business
