4 years of people management experience leading sales teams.

Proven success negotiating upfronts as TV/online video buyer, seller, or key advisor.
Existing relationships with agency/TV advertising stakeholders.

You are a brand strategist with a passion for negotiating complex media agreements. You will shape the strategy and best practices around structuring annual agreements with Google’s biggest brand advertisers and top media agency partners. You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and can effectively build and manage a nimble team. You will leverage your knowledge of industry upfront buying processes and the television/online video advertising ecosystem to ensure Google is positioned for success. You also will oversee a program of value-added services to encourage and reward commitments with Google. Your role will require regular interaction with senior sales and agency team leadership, as well as top advertisers and agencies to structure and support agreements.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Develop business frameworks and training materials to build sales and agency team's competency in negotiating complex agreements.
Drive large-scale media business opportunities from inception to full activation in partnership with Large Customer Sales (LCS) and agency teams.
Lead or support structuring, negotiating, finalizing and activating agreements which may include alternative “value-added" services.
Oversee display and video incentive program support and approval, including adherence to global policies/exception handling processes.
Manage a team of Upfronts Deal Specialists covering top advertisers and agencies.
