ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and digital marketing
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Experience in online display and paid search
• Expert in GA 360, Kenshoo, Adwords, DCm/DBM
• Analytical and performance driven
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
• Team builder
• Serviced oriented with an eye for details
• Advanced presentation and influencing skills
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative in dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
KEY TASKS

Duties & Responsibilities:

• He / She will report directly to the Vice President Digital Marketing, Asia Pacific.
• Responsible for optimizing online media investment towards generating quality traffic to AccorHotels’ direct platforms that converts into RN/Revenue to Accor Hotels in Asia Pacific.
• Responsible for defining the online advertising and acquisition strategy in Asia Pacific.
• Proactively initiate pilots with new publishers/technology in order to optimize investments towards business goals.
• Develop advanced audience targeting techniques in order to further optimize investment.
• Ensure proper implementation of the online advertising and acquisition strategy in Asia Pacific.
• Key point of contact to the central Advertising and Acquisition teams.
• Follow market trends and best practices.
• Responsible for the regional Asia Pacific online digital media budget.
• Monitoring of media investment impact onto hotel businesses.
• Supervise directly a team of 2 people and provide guidance in the execution of the advertising and acquisition strategy.
• Support the country digital marketing teams in their media investment strategy.
