This opportunity has arisen as we seek to make a permanent appointment following a period of interim cover. We are now embarking on a period of stability with a positive and dynamic leader at the helm.
We are looking for a candidate who will contribute effectively to the Executive Management Team over the direction and management of the organisation, ensuring the Association adheres to all relevant codes and regulatory standards.
In addition, this role will provide strategic advice and guidance to the Board, Committees and the Executive Management Team.
You will also have detailed understanding of financial management, treasury management, procurement and the budget-setting process. In addition you will have experience of overseeing a broad range of resource functions including HR, IT and facilities.
You will be required to hold and develop strategic stakeholder relationships including regulators, lenders and professional advisers. In addition be able to demonstrate evidence of strong commercial performance while delivering social outcomes.
