District HeadResponsibilities Acting as the Head of specific District:

- Enhance the sales and service capacity, as well as the operation efficiency of the branches in the District, to achieve the business and revenue target of the District in accordance with the strategies and targets of the Bank
- Achieve the business targets and ensure the operation in an orderly fashion through developing, promoting and managing of the business of the branches in the District
- Supervise the activities of the branches in the District in order to ensure that the risk is under control, lawful and in accordance with policies and procedures
- Manage the human resource of branches in the District according to the business needs and human resource allocation of different branches to enhance efficiency
- Assist the Regional Head in managing, coordinating, promoting and implementing the business targets, tasks, cultivation of talent and formulation of strategies

Acting as the Head of specific branch:

- Responsible for the sales of the branch, achieving the business targets (including both SME and personal banking), as well as organizing and participating in sales activities and answering enquiries
- Execute the business development plans through customer relationship management, and responsible for optimizing the service quality of the branch to ensure the provision of quality customer services and excellent customer experience
- Execute the retail banking strategies in the branch
- Supervise the activities of the branch in order to ensure that the risk is under control, lawful and in accordance with policies and procedures. Also, responsible for credit approval with designated authority
- Coach and train the staff of the branch, maintaining, enhancing the cooperative and harmonious atmosphere and realize the potential of staff

- Degree holder or above, with 8-year experience in banking industry (at least 5-year management experience)
- Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE
- Qualifications in AHKIB, ACIB / CRWP etc. preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Extensive knowledge in banking business, investment, retail banking, financial services and SME business
- Strong in organization, management and communication
- Excellent self-motivation, time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Willing to take up responsibilities and challenges, and able to withstand pressure
