Private Bank Operations Monaco provides support to the International Private Bank Clients booked on the Monaco platform. Predominately supporting more than 100 Monaco based Bankers the team also supports Bankers from UK, Switzerland and the Middle East who book to the Monaco platform. Additionally, with its years if experience the Monaco Team act as a centre of excellence for French Mortgages and has a strong reputation of supporting business growth in this area
Private Bank Operations Monaco provide service excellence to our Clients across the end to end Client lifecycle from CDD, account opening and maintenance through investment trade settlement and asset servicing, lending, exposure monitoring, payments processing, banking services, to account closures. Private Bank Operations Monaco has a combined budget of £2.5 million and around 60 people are based in Monaco with the team also providing oversight for activities performed by Barclays Shared Services in Glasgow and India.

About EME Change Coordinator  
The EME Change Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a Change Book of Work across Monaco and Geneva Operations. The successful candidate must have experience of delivering projects within Private Banking, will display strong Project Management skills and be easily able to transcend deliveries focused on Technology and Operations.
 
The individual should be a self-starter, with strong lateral thought, excellent analytical skills, curiosity and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
 
Overall Purpose of Role
 
This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity to lead a fast moving team to deliver tactical and strategic change across the Monaco and Geneva platform through Lean process engineering and technology delivery.
 
This role provides the opportunity to work in partnership with other PB&OS Operations teams as well as our wider business functions.
 
As the EME Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
 
·         End to end delivery of assigned projects in line with agreed expectations.
·         Work proactively with key business stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.
·         Create and maintain high quality project plans, milestones and RAID logs as well as a 12-month rolling book of work across Monaco and Geneva Operations.
·         Produce Project MI in line with Project Governance.
·         Establish and consider the wider portfolio and change agenda as context for their deliveries, including dependencies.
·         Interface with technology and other business functions to achieve timely delivery.
·         Ability to anticipate, prioritize and resolve issues.
·         Deliver senior-level status reports to steering committees and other senior stakeholders.
·         Help to identify and manage project risks and agree with respective functions on mitigation measures.
·         Develop strong, collaborative cross-departmental relationships to enable timely and quality
