We are seeking an ERP Consultant, APAC to implement new and support existing ERP solutions in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) area for the Asia-Pacific region. You will support associated interfaces / integrations with external systems (e.g., SalesForce, SAP BW/BI, Partner systems). You will also support applications in the areas of sales, sales contracts management, distribution / outbound supply chain, decentralised warehouse with 3PL, online sales (B2B, B2C) integration into SAP ERP, customer service, instrument life cycle management, service management related to service area and workflows.
You conduct research and share know-how on new ERP technologies; monitor and execute defined incident and change management processes to support day-to-day operations in the area of sales and distribution according to service level agreement (SLA) definitions for Asia Pacific regional SAP ERP services to Roche sales affiliates. You support regional and global SAP projects in the assigned role as project team lead or team member.
Who you are

You should ideally possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in SAP. Your background is from software engineering or similar field, preferably in regional or global environment. Ideally, you also have a certification in SAP SD.
You have hands-on SAP SD customizing and technical implementation experience including enterprise structures, order management, invoicing, output management, master data, pricing etc. from multiple full-lifecycle projects. You also have hands-on experience using integration with non-SAP systems via ALE / IDOC / RFC / EAI / API / middle-ware. Prior experience within the Pharma / Diagnostics industry will be an advantage. You have the experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs and the business processes; has presented solutions to both technical and non-technical users; have conducted training / knowledge sharing sessions with business/ peers/ associate consultants.
In addition, you have strong project management skills in managing mid-size project and budget. You have also networked and contributed solutions/ideas for improvements to Global/Regional counterparts for any business or technical issues. You have the ability to resolve incidents or change requests independently as per SLA. You ensure high quality of solutions provided, as indicated for example in documentations.
You should have the ability to manage ambiguity while coping with challenging business needs and project goals. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English. You should be able to work flexibly outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support as well as to be able to travel occasionally.
