Description

EA to support MD and team in Amsterdam for international financial firm - 50,000 - 55,000

Must be fluent in Dutch and English. You will be responsible for the general office support tasks, as well as secretarial support to the Managing Director, and where possible the other consultants.

Responsibilities:

Secretarial:

Secretary to the Managing Director (read email, make appointments, keep track of things to do, prepare paperwork for meetings)

Update the CRM database for the MD and keep track of opportunities in our system

Drafting Engagement Letters

Opening up new codes

Read through draft presentations, prepare and bind them

Travel arrangements (for VP's and above)

Time & Expenses

Archiving

Support with marketing activities and events

Proofreading Final Reports

Preparing draft client presentations (Power Point)

Support in general office tasks:

Answering the phone (when receptionist is not there)

Meeting guests (when receptionist is not there)

HR Support with the following activities:

Organising interviews

Local HR support (new hires documentation)

Training new hires on systems and procedures

Sending and filing contracts

Support recruitment process and keep track of progress

Maintain annual leave records & personnel files

Maintaining HR datamaster

Co-ordinating Graduate recruitment plan for Netherlands

Processing employee changes & leavers

General liaison for local HR issues with HC team in the UK

Working with HC team in managing performance management system changes

Marketing

Developing and maintaining event invitation/attendance/follow up mailing lists

Event logistics/external supplier coordination

Mailing - including Direct Mailing campaigns

File local advertisements and event information
