Responsibilities [Office Management & Executive Assistant & Customer Support] * Design and maintain a positive office environment * Manage the CEO's and Executive Team's calendar and schedule, book travel, email communication *Help reduce CEO's and Executive Team's admin work * Receive interviewees, guests, packages, mail * Manage weekly lunches; order, receive, stock and distribute beverages, snacks, and office supplies * Manage office facilities and vendors (landlord, HVAC, janitorial, etc) * Source candidates and coordinate interviews * Events: Drive various SN events including quarterly team activities and company wide offsites with an eye to creatively expressing our culture and embodying our core values, Event Planning, Quarterly Global HQ visits, Client visits, Team Outings, Socials, Happy Hours, Movie Nights etc.
*Assist with HR (e.g.
onboarding, offboarding etc.), Recruitment (scheduling, sourcing etc), Finance (approve reimbursements, run payroll etc.), and other internal operational tasks as needed *Knows how to respond to customer support tickets *Respond in real-time chat to prospective students on Intercom Qualifications * Quick learner and self-starter; ability to anticipate and address organizational needs * Extremely organized; great attention to detail with great follow-up on an assigned projects * Able to handle complex and confidential information with discretion * Positive attitude, modeled and felt throughout the organization * Customer service mindset * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, Payroll, and/or ATS software desirable * Bachelors Degree or equivalent * 2+ year experience in operations or as an assistant.
* Available to be physically located in SN office on weekdays 9am-6pm or 7AM-4PM (open to discussion). * Exceptionally organized, proactive, high energy, and clear communicator.
