Description

This position is responsible for executing
and driving services
sales to achieve continuous
profitable revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:


To meet or exceed
service Sales and Gross Margins targets

Drive solutions and
digital services sales

Lead,
manage and develop sales team

Develop
and implement a robust and thorough sales process from lead generation to post
sales

Communicate,
measure and drive service sales strategy, working in close collaboration with
Marketing and other stakeholders

Drive
service order and sales reviews and forecasts and achieve accuracy targets

Execute
and participate in service sales tenders

Drive and
implement training programs to develop salesforce sales competencies

Execute
training programs for service salesforce

Timely
and accurate response to customers RFQ

Develop
and manage customer’s relationship at all levels
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in
Electronics / Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years’ sales
experience in the Building & Construction (installed base) or Energy industry
Demonstrates excellence in
communication at senior levels with key customers and partners, and
maintain a high profile with the business community to establish SE’s
credentials as a reputable business partner
Must be comfortable in
presenting and liaising with partners and customers at multiple levels
Must be comfortable in
developing relationships with senior business executives and management of
major corporations and accounts
Demonstrates flexibility in
operational style to meet the requirements of a multi-culture position
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to lift performance and
meet targets/quotas when required
Ability and methodology to
develop, mentor and motivate a sales team
Excellent business ethics and
integrity
