As a Financial Planning Analyst at Massive Entertainment you'll play a crucial role for our Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2 production team, performing budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
This is a unique opportunity to become a financial partner to our game development in a diverse and international environment. Reporting to the finance manager you'll work closely and support the producers and associate producers on financial issues, including game projects and studio budget.
Furthermore, you'll be responsible for providing key financial services, budgeting and forecasting, maintaining compliance with our policies and financial analysis. In short, everything that makes us a highly functioning studio. You will work autonomous and with various tasks - everything from the behind-the-scenes details to the big picture.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and message to the hiring manager / cover letter in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job-ad is posted. 
Preparing, tracking and following-up on budgets for a video game project;
Coordinating and contributing to production financial forecasts;
Carrying out outvariance analyses;
Drafting and presenting monthly performance reports to the producer and executives;
Providing ad-hoc analyses and reports on various topics when required.

You as a person are humble, communicative and enjoy working both independently and providing support to your team and colleagues. You have a self-starter mindset and a proactive attitude. Furthermore, you thrive in an active work environment that's in constant motion, and your analytical skills together with structural ability allows you to efficiently come up with accurate conclusions.
Proven seniority and work experience as a financial analyst or business controller in the gaming industry or related field.
University or higher degree in Finance or equivalent amount of experience from a similar position.
High degree of IT literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel and experience in drafting and presenting reports.
