We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst with a reporting focus to join our Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Finance CoE provides the UK&I and EMEA regions with support across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.
The role will be part of the FP&A team of EMEA focused on regional reporting. The person on the role will work closely with two members of the local team as well as with onshore stakeholders.
Consolidate the financial results of the region and provide variance analysis and comments to the regional management
Navigate large amounts of revenue and cost data to capture underlying trends, risks and opportunities
Create clear reports and visuals to illustrate findings and support decision-making
Work closely with the regional stakeholders and ensure key deliverables for the region are met
Provide the senior regional management (CFO, Financial Controllers, Functional Heads) with regular and ad-hoc reporting
Support the annual budgeting process
Be responsible for the guidance and support of the junior colleagues
Generate ideas and pro-actively drive and implement business optimisations and efficiencies.
University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant business field
At least 3-year experience in financial analyses or/and experience with automation of large financial files
Strong Excel skills (preferably VBA exposure)
Excellent understanding of financial management information
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE will be considered as advantage
Fluency verbal and written English
