Description

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within our 2 rosette restaurant.

You will be responsible for assisting in managing the restaurant team, ensuring exemplary guest care. You will look after food service in Victoria’s restaurant ensuring that Breakfast and dinner runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills, with proven restaurant experience.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and previous supervisory experience.

This hands-on role provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members.
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food and wine knowledge.

The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.

Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.

Wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge advantageous.
