We have a truly unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking business who have recently opened their new office in London. This business has been long established in the South, and due to this ongoing success and demand, they have expanded to open their first luxury office in London. This consultancy are specialists in all areas of technical recruitment, from aerospace, media, automotive and medical, they recruit into Europe which sets them ahead of the market.

Although they are an incredibly professional business who have some huge international clients on their radar, they have a refreshingly modern approach and a mature culture. This isn’t your high KPI, cold-sales and cut-throat culture, instead there’s exceptional training, supportive management and a collaborative team.

What else is on offer?

Not only is this a small, close-knit team with a vibrant social scene, but this business has exceptional training in place, encouraging promotion within as little as 6 months. This role will start with NO SALES but will let you ease into the role with industry leading training while you learn the processes and sector knowledge. You will resource and support consultants while building relationships with candidates and filling roles.

They have a competitive monthly commission structure in place as well as luxury incentives which include 5* hotel trips, lunch clubs, trips to the races, fashion shows or concerts and companywide holidays.

With views of St Catherine’s Dock, the office is urban and has areas to relax with colleagues. After work, there’s often team drinks or regular team events.
