The project analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining planning, tracking, and indicator systems for the Labs organization supporting key teams and programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making. The primary customer interactions will be at the engineering team level and supporting first line managers.
Ability to perform in a high pressure, detail oriented environment with multiple weekly deadlines and time critical analyses. Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data and draw conclusions in an easily understandable way. Impeccable integrity. Gathering and analyzing data, then spotting trends and recommending improvements. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Building and facilitating plans
- Providing tracking support and status analysis for managers and stakeholders
- Developing project management solutions and measurements.
You should be a student for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (remaining duration of at least 4 semesters).
Additional qualifications include:
Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies like TOC, Agile, Scrum, etc.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as team member
Excellent communication skills at both technical and business levels
Flexibility and ability to work successfully in a dynamic team environment and cross site/globally
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft* Office* applications
Working knowledge of Excel* pivot tables, formulas, and VBA*; PowerPivot and SQL database experience would be an added advantage
English written and spoken
