Manage a regional team to deliver the vision, strategy and operationalization of Creative as a growth engine for Google APAC. Support and communicate effectively with English speaking clients.
Sponsor and guide the global strategy and long term product development, tools and program plan for Create with Google as a unified global platform and brand to deliver at scale for Google.
Lead the commercialization strategy for creative by formulating an approach with Go-to-Market (GtM), front line Creative and Sales teams to optimize opportunities in a consistent, measurable and sustainable way.
Support and sponsor the development of an APAC creative intelligence capability and operational backbone to support creative activation and continuous industry experimentation in partnership with Sales, GtM, gTech, iLabs, and ABAT.
Support and oversee regional cross-organizational partnerships with creative agencies to hardwire Create with Google into their operations manifested as a growth driver for APAC e.g. Ogilvy, TBWA, BBDO; and to lead the industry.
