About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Singapore – 10 Collyer Quay Ocean Financial Centre
Role Type: Permanent, full-time

As the Head of CVA Trading, your role is to contribute to the achievement of the Markets business objectives by providing leadership, management, strategic direction and financial results for all facets of the CVA and XVA Trading activities to meet current and future targets.

Your key priorities and responsibilities include:

- Actively manage CVA risk in line within the defined strategy.
- Line management responsibilities including supervision, oversight and accountability for desk activities in line regulations and internal governance.
- Work closely with Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, and Enablement and Control functions to ensure accurate pricing, valuation and risk representation of the XVAs in line with best market practices.
- Promote collaboration with Sales, Trading, and enablement functions to ensure optimal delivery for customer in line with bank’s Risk Appetite.
- Lead bank’s initiatives and projects to deliver compliance with regulations such as FRTB, Libor Transition.
- Engage with sales, trading, and relationship to promote collaboration and ensure understanding of XVA.
- Work with product and sales heads to jointly to develop jointly new products and customer solutions
- Comply with Model Governance Framework in line with SR 11-7.
- Improve Risk Awareness & Risk Culture and ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements.
- Ensure adherence with Markets dealing and distribution mandates, suitability frameworks, governance and conduct policies, processes and standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

- Extensive knowledge of current and future regulatory frameworks. Experience in dealing with regulators and external parties.
- Strong understanding of full XVA landscape, with extensive experience across FVA, CVA, Capital, Collateral Valuation, KVAs and MVAs.
- Ability to perform independent quantitative research with educational background in quantitative subject ideally at PhD or equivalent level.
- Ability to build tools using internal quantitative libraries
- Sound understanding of the traditional arbitrage-free valuation theory and modelling as well as its current extensions incorporating XVAs.
- Interest and drive in increasing knowledge of AI, Automation, and Algorithmic Trading.
- Strong people’s skills and experience in working across Front Office, and enablement and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels.
- Experience in independently driving new initiatives and implementing change. Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Experience with leading trading staff and supporting clients across multiple geographies and time zones.
