Mission Reporting to the Global Chief Compliance Officer, the Head of Global Compliance leads and manages the company’s Compliance Program by developing and implementing effective compliance policies, practices and standards that ensure compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements in individual markets. He/she supports the Global Chief Compliance Officer to implement the company goals and collaborates across multiple functional areas to:

- Drive Compliance Program implementation
- Educate and train employees and third party vendors about compliance requirements
- Assess the effectiveness of the compliance program through monitoring, auditing, conducting investigations of compliance violations and recommending/implementing adequate corrective and preventive actions
- Lead the area of promotional compliance in accordance with external and internal standards and codes
- Lead and manage a diverse team of international individuals performing compliance duties. The Head of Global Compliance is a professional with high ethics and integrity who is capable to advise and influence company personnel in order to enhance, manage and strengthen the company consistent with industry’s standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience is required; Masters or JD are a plus
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and leading compliance programs internationally, including the US
- Extensive knowledge in risk assessment and risk management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong business management, analytical skills and decision making capability; demonstrates emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority
- Ability to make sounds decisions, work independently, manage others, multitask and render results in a fast pace environment. Must be able to lead the Compliance team from day 1

- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
