Performs as the Partner of Fist-line Commercial Teams with Deep Understanding of Assigned Geography’s Learning & Development Situation:
Establishes a close partnership with first-line commercial teams across the assigned geography and BUs to deeply understand their common needs as well as unique business context and learning & development needs
Creates Strategic Working Plans to Fulfill Scalable Learning & Development Solution Delivery Demands Across Multiple BUs and Regions:
Undertakes training demands from multiple Learning Advisors and allocates in-field trainer resources to ensure the delivery of learning solutions
Based on training demands, creates strategic learning solution delivery plans for trainers across different regions
Continuously improves the resource utilization efficiency to deliver scalable learning solutions
Exerts impacts on the Cross-region Team to Fulfill the Learning Solution Delivery:
Leads the in-field trainers to fulfill the delivery of multiple types of training solutions, including product or brand trainings, functional trainings, general trainings and so on
Leads the in-field trainer team to conduct coach-the-coach training to empower sales managers based in different regions
Optimizes the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Learning & Development Solutions:
Reinforces the training follow-ups and strengthens the key points of trainings to maximize the training impacts
Monitors the effectiveness of trainings through follow-up surveys/tests, participants’ and their line managers’ feedbacks to continuously enhance the delivery quality and client satisfaction
Conducts quality control of learning solution delivery to ensure the impact of delivery work.
Regularly leads the in-field trainers to collect and provide learning feedbacks and suggestions to Design Center and Learning Advisors for training curriculum / content iteration
Facilitates the team’s learning to improve their training skills and business-related knowledge such as product/brand knowledge, selling skills, business situations etc. to deliver high quality learning solutions
Leads, guides and coaches team members regularly to enable them to perform well in their job
Sets goals and KPIs for the team members and conduct evaluations
