Principal Roles & Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Leads the Digital Learning Transformation of the Roche Learning Organization
Responsible for the formulation of digital learning strategies for Roche China as part of the overall learning and development strategies
Leads the team to manage learning technologies and platforms to provide innovative and effective digital and technological solutions and support as part of a holistic learning and development solution
Leads the integration of talent, training, assessment and other related data to provide solid data foundation for organizational diagnosis, people analytics, learning & development effectiveness evaluation as well as other learning & development related insights
Leads the operation of the digital platforms and keeps Roche employees up to date with the latest learning & development resources
Leads the user experience management of the digital platforms and tools to provide more delightful and effective digital learning & development solutions
Facilitates teams of Learning Advisors, Design Center, In-field Trainer to implement the digital solutions and enhance the efficiency of learning & development
Leads the Data Analytics and Insights Generation
Establishes and continuously improves the data analysis framework for the Roche Learning Organization
Leads the data analysis and provides insights regarding organization diagnosis, competency gaps, people analytics etc. to support the learning & development need analysis and solution designs
Provides data analysis support for the measurement and evaluation Leads the data analysis of learning &development feedbacks such as follow-up surveys/tests and etc. to monitor the impact of learning & development solutions
Leads the Learning Operations & Logistics:
Leads the learning & development related policies and SOP governance for the Roche Learning Organization
Leads the team to conduct learning operations work, including branding & communication, training schedule generation, training registration, training organization, participant sign-ups, follow-up surveys and etc. to ensure the smooth process of learning & development
Team Management:
Leads, guides and coaches team members regularly to enable them to perform well in their job
Sets goals and KPIs for the team members and conduct evaluations
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Data Science/Statistics, or equivalent; Master’s degree is preferred
Solid knowledge and skills in digital and data analysis related areas with digital transformation experience
Significant work experience in IT/data science/ internet product management areas
Knowledge and experience in human resource, SSC, operations would be a plus

Job Required Competencies
Deep understanding of digital utilization and transformation in the learning and development area and be familiar with multiple digital platforms of Roche
Strong data sense and demonstrated analytical skill with the ability to utilize data analytical tools and generate insights from multi-dimensional data
Effective at identifying, evaluating and leveraging internal and external resources (people, technology/tools, platforms, alliances) to constantly create and add value to the achievement of business goals
Attention to details and process to ensure the smooth undergoing of learning operation and logistics
Excellent planning skills, with the ability to create learning operation working plans, set schedules, monitor the progress to ensure the success of the training events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusting and effective relationships
