Managing a team of 6 people: junior product manager, product managers and category managersCollecting, analysing and activating market insights including: brand equity indicators, market data and trends, consumer insights and customer shopping journeyDeveloping, monitoring and reviewing budgets for annual sales of all productsEvaluating competitive trends and market dynamicsMeasuring and improving ROI of the marketing activities by working closely with local product managers and trade marketing teamServing as the key interface with global marketing team and other supporting functions and ensuring inputs and requirements are represented stronglyCollaborating with team on private label strategy, where needed
Bachelor's degree, preferentially in marketing, economics and/or business managementMinimum 7 years of experience in marketing in a multinational companyProven track record in management of brands having both consumer and healthcare professional touchpointsSelf-motivated individual with ability to challenge status quo and drive major changesTeam oriented, persuasive personality with strong influencing and problem solving skillsExcellent spoken and written English is a mustStrong analytical mindset with capacity of strategic business planning and decision makingExcellent communication and presentations aptitudesAbility to lead diverse teams in a highly matrix organization
