HEAD OF RETAIL / SERVICE POINT

The Head of Retail/ Service Point  will develop, manage and control a network of retail outlets across Thailand, providing high quality first mile and last mile service to DHL eCommerce merchants and consumers. He/She will lead a team of area managers and executives to setup a brand new, best-in-class network across that country starting with a dense network in HCMC and Hanoi
At the same time, the Head of Retail/ Service Points will develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy targeting the segment of small and medium-sized customers and encouraging them to use DHL's new service offering. He/She will utilize the team of area managers and executives to drive sales in the retail market segment.
