Purpose of the Job
Works together with business to implement people and HR policies that ensure the availability of highly motivated and efficient employee population to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
On-going and close cooperation with selected business units
Participation in the design and implementation of the business units strategy
Supporting the design and implementation of Employee Engagement and Enablement initiatives
Participation and support in design and implementation of reward programs
Training and support of managerial staff in the implementation of the main human resources management processes (payroll reviews, talent management, etc. )
Cooperation with the controlling department in the planning of personnel costs
Preparation and implementation of training and development plans
Support of selected internal and external recruitment processes
Responsibility for the implementation of HR policies and employer branding
Monitoring, analysis and reporting of key HR indicators, preparation of analyses and recommendations;
Advice on labor law, support in individual Employee cases
Actively supporting a culture of compliance through knowledge and own role modelling  
Participation and support of positive relations with Social Partners (Trade Unions, Works Council)
Participation in selected projects at the level of Poland and CEE
Required experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Very good communication skills, approachable and open style
Very good knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Implementation of HR processes and tools, including incentive systems, periodic reviews, talent management
Fluent English
Practical knowledge of Polish Labour law
Effective time management
Proactive and able to work independently
Excellent analytical skills
Process oriented
Presentation skills
