Ensure full compliance with local and relevant international labour legislation

Lead talent management activities (recruiting, onboarding, company branding using state of the art communication channels, people development, performance measurement system, training plan, career planning, etc.)

Develop and establish a transparent and motivating salary policy in line with market evolution and within the boundaries set forth by local management and the group

Leading restructuring activities

Coordinate and cooperate with local authorities for human resources related matters

Manage Payroll, administrative matters, execute timely the monthly reporting for HR

Be engaged in Networking with local human resources of other enterprises, associations

Leading internal communication with management

other activities as necessary

Education/Study: minimum Bachelor´s degree in HR, Business or related fieldApprenticeship/ Training/ appropriate professional experience (years): minimum 5 years in a managerial function of human resources within an industrial environment, experience in managing the HR function for a shift environment strongly preferred. Proven expertise in successful and creative talent management is a must.Specialised knowledge: extensive knowledge of employment law, tax and social security systems, experience in unionized environment, familiar with HR Information / Payroll systems

Language skills: Polish E, English D, other languages are a plus (Please assess the languages skills required according to the following scale: Basic: A; Advanced: B; Fluent in writing and speaking: C; Business fluent: D; Native speaker: E)PC-knowledge/ Programming etc.: good knowledge in MS Office, especially ExcelAttractive salary with all additional benefits Long term carrier opportunity within International Capital Group
