Position Description:
-推动人力资源项目在组织中的落地、执行与跟进;

-与COE及HR Ops紧密配合,设计制定符合业务单元的政策、制度、项目等。

Position Requirements:
-本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先;
-2-3年人力资源从业经验;
-较强的理解力及逻辑思维能力;
-沟通能力强;
-英文沟通无障碍。
