Main Responsibilities
 
We, HR Health & Safety, are responsible for “Crisis Management” and developing the “Governance of Health & Safety” to protect all MFTBC employees.
 
(1) Establish and maintain company-wide policies, structures and processes for Business Continuity Management and BCM in Crisis Management
(2) Support business offices to create a “Business Continuity Plan (BCP)"
(3) Drive standardization and process development for the governance of occupational Health & Safety
(4) Be the reliable partner in all questions to make our company more attractive to work at
 
Key Task Description
 
Crisis Management
(1) Establish company-wide policies on Crisis Management
(2) Organize the “Crisis Management Team” and define roles & responsibilities of it's members 
(3) Create guidelines / manuals for workers in case of crisis (Hibernation, Relocation and Evacuation)
(4) Support business offices to develop Business Continuity Plan
(5) Guide for alignment of Business Continuity Plan among business offices 
(6) Secure operation and communication to equip effective tools and resources
(7) Plan and control stockpile such as emergency food and water for crisis
(8) Design and conduct drill for Crisis Management
(9) Communicate with Corporate Security Regional Security Office APAC in Singapore & Corporate Security team in Germany
