As a Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales professional at Google, you'll work with a wide variety of Small and Medium Business (SMB) advertisers delivering the optimal advertising solution for every client. Your understanding of online media and your business judgment will shape how new and existing businesses grow. You will listen to your customers' needs, understand the details of individual campaigns, and continuously explore and uncover business opportunities for our key clients. In this role, you will work with our clients to set the vision and the strategy for how their products and services can reach users. You will also work as part of a highly engaged team and bring your creativity to grow and transform the business.

Responsibilities
Provide Google-specific product and tool support for our vendors and partners.
Help optimize inbound customers to meet and exceed goals by coaching and developing the vendor management team towards a self-managed organization.
Analyze team performance and work with internal stakeholders to invest in required changes to improve overall team productivity. Act as a liaison between our vendor and regional/global B2B Sales and Marketing teams to bring in their perspective when designing and implementing global pre-sales and sales management approach.
Manage, monitor, and grow our pre-sales and sales management operations and centers of excellence. Design, implement, and monitor pre-sales and sales management processes, tools, and framework.
Be able to adapt your schedule and work within a North American timezone.
