The main purpose of the role is to develop strategic partnership among multiple stakeholders across various commercial and government sales channel to ensure inclusion, access and utilization of Solid tumor and legacy product portfolio at an optimal margin.
-Identification of key decision makers within key accounts and pursue strategic partnerships designed to provide value to both the account and Novartis Oncology.
-Establishing beneficial and innovative networks and alliances with key stakeholders including but not limited to spearheading projects such as BC MAP for key government accounts
-Strategic optimization of resources to achieve superior outcomes short and long term
-Development of integrated account plan with cross-functional coordination
-Facilitating inclusion of Solid tumor and legacy brands in key government and private hospitals at an agreed timeline
-Cooperation with CPO/KAM/MA for OBU brand pricing strategy & account plan
-Ensure contractual obligations in key accounts and channels
-Negotiation with ZPC, MDC, MPPHI for OBU Total Sales
-University degree: Business Discipline/ Life Sciences / Medicine / Public Health / Health Economics and/or MBA Level
-Preferred English Extensive (5 years) sales experience/ healthcare
-Experience in customer facing role, government and private negotiations, project management and implementation
