Integrated Marketing Communications Manager (m/f) – UK, Scandinavia & Eastern Region-182795

As Integrated Marketing Communications Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for driving programs to support the GORE-TEX brand and partners in the above mentioned countries.
You will play a key role in planning, implementing, activating and monitoring of integrated marketing initiatives as well as arrange and execute media plans.
A key contribution is to integrate Gore B2B customers into the plans and also drive joint global activities with the customer.
In this role you will also coordinate regional retail and sales needs in a cross functional team.
Therefore a focus in the role will be maintaining and building relationships with related functions and drive PR and digital media initiatives in collaboration with the corresponding experts. You will also allocate and monitor investments/budgets for the defined countries as well as report on performance and providing feedback on local needs. In addition to the regional scope you will be an active contributor to the European and Global Marketing Team.
Strong experience in up to date media planning and advanced knowledge of marketing industry practices.
Experience in planning and executing an efficient marketing plan integrating all disciplines and assuring implementation through the different channel experts.
Team player, people influencer, natural leadership. Experience in coordinating and aligning with cross functional and international teams and individuals.
Strong customer focus and deep understanding of customer needs and turn them in to a customer marketing plan to achieve our business and marketing objectives.
Local native speaker and excellent English. Any further language skills are always welcome.
Good project management skills to deal with a variety of complex problems.
Business knowledge: retail landscape, brands, consumer trends in the sports and lifestyle garments and footwear business is a plus but not a must.
