Main duties:


Leadership of Access Management & Security Provisioning team to ensure high level of service provided.

Security management of accesses in accordance to Credit Suisse standards; including maintenance of standards and policies.

Oversight over security platforms stability – recognizing threats and addressing any inconsistencies that may cause risk to the bank.

Data analysis (e.g. incident and request tickets) and presentation of evidence to audit.

Monitoring and interpretation of KPI metrics and verification of Service Quality results.

Handle partner concerns and support of senior Management and key Business partners across all Bank’s divisions.

Oversight and collaboration with other Security Operations teams in dedicated initiatives that help to maintain stable environment and strengthen Bank’s security.

Very good command of English.

Experience in people management.

Experience in Access Management and associated IT Security processes.

Great interpersonal skills, customer orientation, proactivity, good work ethic and self-motivation.

Ability to work independently, with peers and collaborate across teams.

Good problem solving and decision-making skills.

Good analytical skills and ability to understand data (e.g. KPI trends).
 
Desirable:


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Hands on experience in access management and administration.

Deep understanding of security principles (profiles, authentication, authorization).

Ability to motivate and engage people, recognize and develop talents within team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Good knowledge of IT Service Management processes and standard methodologies (such as e.g. ITIL, CompTIA), local IT Security Policies and Products.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010 products.

Good knowledge SQL – experience in creating queries and running reports.
