NEWLY GRADUATED FINANCIAL ANALYST

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’re right at the end of finishing your bachelor’s thesis and will graduate soon or looking for new opportunities within your field of education?

You have an interest in Finance and business analysis in general and also an interest within different Finance IT systems/softwares/digitalization etc. In your role you will support with the following:

·Reporting, analysis and data preparations, for the Nordic Controlling team as well as for stakeholders from other departments. Support the Nordic planning and estimate processes

·Presentations to internal stakeholders

·Being a super-user / expert on the internal Pipeline and Project Management tool

·Various business analysis tasks and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

·Improve current processes as well as developing new ones

·Digitalization efforts

Basic Job Requirements
YOU BRING EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Desired skills and qualifications are the following but not limited to:

·Academic degree at least equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics

·Relevant experience of working within financial reporting / analysis activities

·Computer skills: MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and great desire to constantly develop and learn new softwares

·Systems experience preferred: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion

·Excellent English skills both oral and written


Additional Information
YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work with the Nordic Finance team with primary focus on reporting and analysis for the four Nordic countries; Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. The role is based in Stockholm.

You'll be working within a closely knit Finance team and interact frequently with local stakeholders, as well as with an extensive network of contacts within BCG Global.  The Finance team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as you grow at BCG.
