Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Change Request Management


- Handling and management of Change Requests in a SAP based application, assuring that the process is running as defined
- Assure testing support for processes using applicable methodologies and tools (HP Application Lifecycle Management)
- Collaborate with responsible Global Application Support Specialists and other support teams
- Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities in current processes and methodologies

- Preparation of technical documentation and updating for Troubleshooting and Local Experts
- Preparation of training materials
- Analysis of new releases and enhancements
- Testing (testing in different instances, preparation of testing scenarios)


Qualifications

What distinguishes you:


- 1-2 years of professional experience in an international environment in the HR or IT area
- Degree in business administration, human resources, engineering or similar
- Previous experience with IT systems or applications support is an added value
- Microsoft Office skills (namely Power Point and Excel)
- Logical, structured, proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams
- Global mindset, Team oriented, strong communication skills, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
- General overview of SAP HR OM and PM (Organization Management and Personnel Administration)
- Language Skills: English C1, German is a plus
