In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kiev and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kiev was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin's Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.
Assist with all aspects of employee full life cycle with focus on Learning and Organizational Development processes and initiatives assuring successful, ongoing implementation and value.
Maintain and actively participate in Onboarding and probation period finalization processes;
Assist HR Business Partner to drive implementation of training programs:
Prepare training materials, reports and other internal documents;
Identify and select training vendors;
Organize training from the initial setup to program evaluations (send invitations; register participants, coordinate facilitators, monitor training quality, combine reports, help with logistic);
Monitor the effectiveness of training program;
Manage training records in the internal system and maintaining the training database;
Create training content as necessary;
Maintain HR information and employees data in HRIS, be responsible for its correctness and proper dissemination;
Create and distribute of Birthday Mailers, Welcome Note & Other Employee related Mailers;
Maintain and update company policies within HR specialist responsibilities;
Build solid cross-functional relationships, cooperate with the management team and other departments;
University degree (economics, finance, human resources);
1 year of experience in an administrative / coordination role or similar experience coordinating events;
Experience in HR / Learning field is a plus;
Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity;
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point);
Good oral and written communication in English;
Problem-solving and open minded;
Excellent communication and relationship development skills;
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
Fast learner, proactive, agility to thrive within a fast-paced environment;
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
Sense of initiative, attention to details;
Working well in a team environment;
A desire to develop your career in a dynamic, innovative global organization.
