We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Main responsibilities /Missions:


- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory as well as our Business Partners
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements and skills:


- Proven work experience 0 to 3 years as Junior Account Manager, Junior Key Account Manager, Junior Sales Account Manager or relevant role
- Good local networking in Catalan Region will be appreciated
- English & Spanish fluent are mandatory and Catalan is a plus
- Hunter profile and door opener is requested
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with Network, Communication & Cloud solutions/products
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical background to understand sales offering Relationships

Requisitos y habilidades:

• Experiencia laboral comprobada de 0 a 3 años como gerente de cuentas junior, gerente de cuentas clave junior, gerente de cuentas de ventas junior o función relevante

• Se apreciarán las buenas redes locales en la región catalana.

• El dominio del inglés y el español es obligatorio y el catalán es una ventaja.

• Se solicita perfil de captador y abridor de puerta.

• Capacidad demostrable para comunicarse, presentar e influenciar a las partes interesadas clave en todos los niveles de una organización, incluidos ejecutivos y de nivel C

• Experiencia sólida con soluciones / productos de red, comunicación y nube.

• Experiencia en la entrega de soluciones centradas en el cliente para las necesidades del cliente.

• Capacidad demostrada para combinar múltiples proyectos de administración de cuentas a la vez, mientras se mantiene una atención aguda a los detalles

• Excelentes habilidades de escucha, negociación y presentación.

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

• Background técnicos para entender la oferta de ventas.
