The unique chance to play a key role in the development of Banking Book Market Risk Analysis and Regulatory Management Information (MI) for CS Group and several Legal Entities (LE), which are used by Senior Management and other key business partners including Risk Committees and Regulators.
In this role you get the opportunity to be part of a newly built and small sub team and to support your team leader and senior members of the team in the development of the strategically important Market Risk Reporting.

Together with your team you will be responsible for the data stewardship of the new system, which includes the organisation of the monthly production cycle, population and validation of key data points, implementation of the change management cycle to improve efficiency or accuracy of the process.

Together with your team you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of a new risk calculation engine used to apply Market Risk Principles to the Banking Book.

You will be part of the production and change management cycle of the new risk calculation engine to gather requirements, implement changes, test, review and signoff with all key business partners including the Risk, Treasury and IT functions.

You will prepare and review Key Banking Book Risk reporting.

You will provide strong governance and control around the Management Information delivered to key business partners.

You will enhance the team's Market Risk Analysis and Regulatory Management Reporting capabilities to build and improve the reporting processes.

You will build relationships across all key business partner groups.

Key requirements for the role are:

You are fluent in English.

You have initial experience in the financial services industry within a risk, IT or accounting role.

You feel comfortable with using Excel.

You are a dedicated problem-solver with a positive personality and can do attitude paired with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

You can communicate successfully with a wide range of key business partners including Senior Management.
The following will be advantageous:

You hold a degree in Economic Science, Banking & Finance or Computer Science.

You have a basic understanding of market risk concepts like VaR, risk sensitivities, derivatives, loans and deposits and other financial products is required.

You have an understanding of financial products including Interest Rate Swaps, Loans and Deposits.
