Job Purpose:


As a role of support & co-create with his / her direct report – Learning Manager:


- to deliver effective learning activities to retail staff across HKMO Fashion and WFJ divisions in achieving overall business & retail frontline people development objectives
- to contribute to the in boutique learning implementation according to the assigned Client Types boutiques


Be a real Learning Partner to inspire and develop team’s job competence and mindset to well fit their roles required throughout staff career journey in Chanel


Responsibilities and Accountability:


- As a member of SME - Subject Matter Expertise, to support the Learning Manager to :Create, implement, follow up and measure the assigned field expertise

Provide content for learning community across WFJ and Fashion teams

Work with In Boutique Coach to ensure implementation effectiveness of their SME


- Assist and work with Learning Manager, to follow up in boutique learning implementation in assigned Client Type Boutiques:Work closely with HOB/DHOB /In Boutique Coach to ensure staff apply learning into client journey

Animated In Boutique Coach to execute action plan based on Client Type Boutiques

Report to the Learning Manager the feedback collected from retail regarding to the One Boutique One Story needs on top of core programs. And support / co create with Learning Manager to sort out the learning solution


- Demonstrate all round training capability from needs diagnosis, program design, deliver, follow up, measurement, via blended approaches with effective preparation & planning
- Ensure the seasonal training and business changes are cascaded successfully to boutiques
- Support the Learning Manager to drive overall effectiveness of digital learning and adopt blended learning approach to arouse staff engagement and enhance efficiency
- Support Learning Manager on developing coaching & relevant skillset for Learning Ambassadors, Specialists with education function
- Drive effective coaching results to ensure learning application & elevate client experiences. Plan and implement targeted follow up and coaching for specific performance gaps with coaching recommendations, in order to engage retail team to deliver client-centric experience
- Assist in preparation and translation of training materials for local market
- Track learning effectiveness and drive client service standard through regular review & report analysis CSS & business report. Provide update report on boutique overall performance, monitor and evaluate impact of coaching efforts
- Build collaborative relationships with working partners, including learning team, retail users and office departments
- Positive influence & be the Ambassador of learning community to arouse local stakeholders understanding, buy-in and implement
- Be key contact with local SME stakeholders
- Inspire and collect feedback from local on training tools for best fit local needs and execution
- Support Learning Manager to drive retail ownership on learning implementation


                                                                           

What are the role-specific skillsets and experiences required?


- Solid experience and knowledge of all round training function including:
- Training needs diagnosis
- Program development
- Delivery of all kinds of Product, Service & Selling Technique topics. Soft skills delivery, like Leadership, is a plus
- Set objective measurement to ensure learning ROI and ensure learning implementation
- Demonstrate positive energy – perform professional and influence audience
- Proactive approach to identity opportunity or tackle problem
- Basic commercial and fashion sense, link learning action with business result or team development
- Ability to digest complex or new information to make things happen
- Visionary (open to possibilities, long-term focus, communicates the vision to inspire)

What are the academic / professional qualifications required?


- Degree is a must
- At least 3 years’ experience of all round training capability. Independence on handling course delivery on Product / Service & Selling topic and on floor coaching is a must
- Digital savvy
- Knowledge on retail, preferable service industry, watch, jewelry and fashion
