What you’ll be doing...
Verizon’s customers rely on our network to run their operations globally and 24/7. You will be part of a repair organization that assures any instability or outage will be taken care of rapidly and effectively. Your focus will be on the most challenging of the cases which cause the most grievance to our customers and it will be your task to manage their resolution as fast as it takes. Verizon highest managers will expect your updates on the progress on hourly basis and your carrier will spin up when you deliver the promise.
Handling Executive escalations and Major Incidents.
Expediting prioritized incidents to management, facilitating bridge calls, streamlining the communication and keeping a strong control over actions done and those that are yet to be done.
Maintaining email communication to keep management aware of high visibility cases.
Maintaining positive relationships with the leaders of the repair groups and 3rd parties, also the engineers themselves, for best possible cooperation on tickets.
Writing Incident Reports.
What we’re looking for...
You are a natural ‘situation manager’, you ask the right questions at the right time and think quickly on your feet. You are no stranger to a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease. Working independently is as comfortable for you as being part of a team and you enjoy motivating others to achieve great results.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Service desk experience.
Fluency in English.
Even better if you have:
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to multi task.
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and result orientated.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 pattern,
