About EY

The opportunity

We are looking for a Project Manager within the Portfolio & Programme Management team in our Wellington office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.

Your key responsibilities

Build out and develop operational and organisational transformations across our clients’ organisations
Prepare and deliver proposals and other supporting materials in a variety of formats
Oversee the refinement of project findings into clear, concise, high-quality deliverables
Manage and engage with stakeholders and clients and also across the EY network (in New Zealand and internationally)
Act as a subject matter resource on one or more services (depending on your experience, interests and education)
Skills and attributes for success

Leading and working on more than one project in a collaborative and result-oriented way
Able to present insights succinctly, informed by team's structured problem solving
Able to enhance client thinking with a natural curiosity to adapt to new ways of working
Advanced written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication ability
Strong project and time management ability, able to manage high quality output against tight deadlines

Ideally, you’ll also have

5-8 years in a relevant industry/consulting role developing your professional service and management experience
An understanding of your role in helping EY build a better working world
