Critical Analyses and Customer Insight
Perform stakeholder mapping, landscape assessment, and patient journey/health system gap analyses to understand current challenges and gaps limiting optimized access to Roche medicines
Cultivate strong relationships between Roche and channel customers by developing a deep customer understanding and contributing impactful, value-add, customer-oriented ideas and solutions
Thought Leadership and Strategic Thinking
Provide expert analyses and propose recommendations/solutions, leveraging distribution segment and customers
Lead cross-functional teams (including BU, MCA and other Access functions) to develop portfolio-wide, fit-for-purpose solutions that leverage full potential suite of capabilities/offerings of distribution customers
Drive for Results
Pursue and implement pilots in partnership with key distribution customers that support positive evolution of current distribution strategy and model that improves access to Roche medicines and builds Roche, Business Customer, Patient win-win-win solutions.
Pursue scalability of solutions and execute/manage compliant, distributor partnership contract solutions
