Manager, Sales & Key account Management - Industrial (Job Number: 30374)

Maintain / expand business related to Industrial accounts on the targeted fields, such as Industrial E&E, Medical, Robotics, EV infrastructure etc, focusing but not limited to Engineering plastics area.
Develop new business at target accounts by initially identifying potential solutions (applications, materials, technologies), creating new connections / relationship at customer, providing updated market intelligence to supervisor/team members, coordination with other functional teams (Supply chain, technology, etc) whenever necessary.
Coordinate with the Global, regional and local team on the activities related to Key accounts and targeted accounts
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Identifies and develops business opportunities based on a deep market & product understanding
Steers potential selected customer projects / new applications and manages projects till commercialization.
Coordinates with local country Technical Team and resources to conduct customers evaluation, trials and troubleshooting
Identifies new product development needs according to customer requirements and communicate effectively to the related counter partner in the organization.
Supports product UVP development and co-leads product launch process to own accounts
Handles market intelligence: monitors competition and market trends, periodically conducts market survey
Whenever necessary, provides input towards related strategy and/or roadmap from an industry perspective and material perspective. Provides information like market size, business potential (volume, price), product performance, potential customers, customer needs, application examples etc.
Actively participate and contribute on the activities related to targeted markets together with the Global, regional and local team
Implement the company strategy to achieve the targeted objectives.
Traveling among Asia to support necessary new account development and key account management

Main Tasks
Key individual accountabilities
•Defines annual global budget (Volume, Net Sales, CM1).
•Contributes to definition and implementation of global pricing policy at Key account (KA)
•Decides about prices within price band
•Defines, controls and tracks global Account plan
•Leads all contract negotiations
•Drives relationship management with KA (all levels, all functions)
•Manages & coordinates regional key account managers (KAMs) for KA
•Establishes best practices across regions
•Defines recourses for KA
•Coordinates regional customer team (account managers, supply chain, technology team, etc activities, as defined in processes)
•Develops/maintains key customer and local market strategy for sustainable and profitable growth
•Develops and maintains extended relationships within the segment
•Identifies market product/application and service needs
•Monitors trends and changes that provide segment growth opportunities
•Develops value propositions (products/pricing)
•Provides segment marketing with customer level intelligence and feedback
•Conducts segmentations and provides segment marketing with customer level intelligence and feedback
•Coordinate Non Conformance Management (NCM) issues with
