Support to PB North Asia Head strategic agenda and business initiatives

Be trusted intellectual partner for PB North Asia Head:

Define and operationalize market area business strategy, onshore and offshore strategy, track performance;

Suggest ideas/initiatives in line with NA strategy & financial targets

Strategic Market Management (at North Asia level)

Define and enforce comprehensive North Asia plan (e.g. NA 3 year plan)

fine and budget P&L and KPI ambition for market area

Lead offering and market alignment for products and sales initiatives

Support implementation of budget plans and monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and follow-up on market KPI's

Lead and support PB North Asia Head in strategic initiatives (e.g. RMF, Derisking initiative, UHNWI Initiatives, platinum client review)

One bank initiatives e.g. Entrepreneur coverage, Billionaire initiative, one bank deals, IB/PB Integrated coverage initiative, pre-approved credits, corporate lending, etc.

Contribute to regional CtB projects and initiatives (e.g. Credit Margin Review, etc.)

Be chief contact/conduit for market area and support areas

Be the first point of critical issue for NA Exco members in case of issues

Work on and track action items assigned to PB North Asia Head

Support ad-hoc PB North Asia Head requests
Human Capital Planning

NA Organization Plan

Human Capital/Resourcing Planning

New Hire analysis/ Hiring Pipeline/Business Case Review/scorecard analysis

Retention Strategy

Top and bottom performer/efficiency measure

NA Action plan on Employee Engagement Survey
Prospect/Client Management

Resolution of critical client’s issues e.g. Open Door initiative

Co-ordination on marketing plan and budget

Prioritization of marketing events nominations

Prospect Management and conflict resolution/client co-coverage

Action plan on Service Monitor Result
RM Onboarding

Deep dive to improve RM onboarding process and rollout of RM onboarding toolkit

Co-ordinate with respective market group on implementation
Handle North Asia Management Rhythm

Handle effective and efficient Management Rhythm for PB North Asia Head and subsequent follow up (monthly NA Exco, Product Initiatives updates, NA Initiatives updates, Town halls, Management Conference, Team Building, Market Meetings, 1:1 monthly meeting preparation, monthly APAC Exco inputs, NA Event Calendar, presentations, etc.)
Tamwork and Cross sharing

Collaborating and cross sharing of information with other FO and Non-FO departments to stay aligned, synergies and effective cooperation.

Your solid work experience in supporting senior members in Wealth Management business is highly preferable.

You have excellent organizational skills, high sensitivity to figures, accuracy and attention to details.

You have sound communication skills, both written (English & Chinese)
