ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

To create and manage relevant marketing strategies in line with the property’s brand
To produce and manage promotional materials, web site content and other collateral
To create EDM’s and newsletters which are compliant with MGallery by Sofitel brand standards and mail every 14 days to hotel database
To attend and proactively participate in S&M meetings, contribute intelligence such as client feedback, competitor information, sales reports, new leads, problems
To work closely with Revenue Manage to ensure the hotel is presented correctly on OTA websites with good visibility and high rankings
To work closely with DOS and GM on ensuring hotel is included internationally in as many direct TO programmes in key feeder markets and coordinate and monitor barter for brochure contributions
To communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner in order to solicit business, meet client needs and resolve complaints

KEY TASKS

Your main duty is to motivate the sales team through the implementation of a sales action plan. Your main tasks are to:
- Analyse the market and the environment.
- Implement and manage the sales action plan.
- Carry out direct marketing actions (mailing, phoning).
- Create sales pitches and support tools (brochures, reply coupon, competition...).
- Coordinate operational marketing actions. Set up and upgrade dashboards.
