We are looking for two students to join our Marketing team. You will work closely with the Brand Managers, who covers the marketing activities for our brands across the Nordics. The portfolio includes strong brands such as UNCLE BEN’S®, DOLMIO® & MIRACOLI® & BE-KIND®.

You will have a broad range of responsibilities, which include:

- Market and performance analysis and Development of tracking tools in Excel
- Handling of sponsor requests and product samples across the Nordics
- Data extraction and analysis
- Supporting development of media campaigns & material development

- Displays
- Campaign production
- Planning
- Customer Specific projects/ activities

- Overall assistance and ad-hoc in various marketing tasks
- Practical tasks like filling up shelves with products in our office, maintenance of POS, gimmicks & samples stock and sending prizes & samples are also to be expected from time to time
- Possibility of driving your own small projects
- Translations & proof reading
- Internal activation

- Driving and supporting social media channels

- Content calendars
- Community management
- Social monitoring
- Social ad management
- Tracking/reporting

- Preparation of presentations for local and international use
- Coordination of consumer events

The job is part-time, approx. 20 hours/week spread over minimum 2 days. The objective of the role is to develop the right candidate, and convert the candidate into a full-time Associate upon graduation.

Who you are
The right candidate has at least 2 years of studies left i.e. last year of bachelor degree. You possess excellent analytical skills, and you approach your job systematically, which allow you to deliver within deadline. You are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and takes responsibility and ownership for projects and tasks. You are able to work independently and efficiently, service minded and comfortable working with different personalities. You are willing to go the extra mile for your team and organization. You appreciate a dynamic environment in a busy workplace where we also have a lot of fun together.

We expect that you have the following skills or are willing to develop within these areas:

- You are super user within Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Background within marketing is an advantage, but it is not required
- Fluent in English as well as one of the Nordic languages
- Any experience with Nielsen Answers Desktop is an advantage
