- Be recognized as the “Product Champion” by developing and continuously updating knowledge on therapy, product and market
- Accountable for adherence to brand promotional message, profiling and positioning, and for the transfer of correct product information between customers and Novartis
- Be customer focused in all activities and build productive long-term relationships with customers in order to achieve business goals
- Responsible for promotional actions and activities that increase market share as well as Customer service
- Check medical segmentation, maintain, update and complete customer information.
- Call reporting data
- Provide key and detailed information on targets
- Provide & maintain updated competitive information (e.g. market tactics and activities, collection of competitor information)
- Collect and record information relevant to customer targeting
- Ensure adequate preparation and follow-up of specific training modules (medical, product)
- Creation and implementation of local projects with full responsibility for budget and project outcomes
- Observe strictly any and all applicable internal and external regulations, acts and procedures.
