In Alstom Panama projects and its various activities, the teams of System & Infra, Rolling Stock and Signalling are focused on the development of its activities to deliver a product with the highest levels of quality and safety, while respecting the established budgets.

Manage, coordinate and control the process of preventive and corrective maintenance carried out in the workshops of Alstom, in order to ensure compliance with established maintenance procedures, contribute to the achievement of QCD standards (Quality, Cost and Time) and FMD (Reliability , Maintainability and Availability) defined and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Specific responsibilities of the role:
Coordinate and control the operation of the maintenance structure of the company, in terms of stock of tools, spare parts and human resources, in order to ensure compliance with established procedures and ensure the delivery of timely and quality service.
Coordinate and control the operation of local train transport, in order to ensure the operational continuity of the service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize, control and coordinate the entrance of the trains to commercial service (static, dynamic tests, modifications, etc.), with the purpose of guaranteeing the operational safety and quality of the trains and ensuring the fulfillment of the contractual obligations established with the clients .
Evaluate, control and report, periodically, on the productive costs of the operations of the workshop, in order to ensure compliance with the established budget and ensure the achievement of defined QCD standards.
Analyze, develop and develop, together with the maintenance team, alternative solutions to problems or technical procedural failures, in order to constantly improve and optimize the maintenance operations of the company.
Coordinate the commercial relationship between the clients and the Alstom factory, in order to ensure a constant communication and evaluation of the agreed contractual objectives and guarantee the full satisfaction of their requirements.
Coordinate, advise and validate the monthly management report of the workshop, in order to ensure a
evaluation and constant revision of the procedures, plan the resolution of contingencies and guarantee the adequate functioning of the workshop.
Ensure compliance with environmental standards and health and safety policies by all employees.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Meet the QCD (Quality, Cost and Time) and standard RAMS (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability, and Security) in the various maintenance activities performed for clients of Alstom.
Comply with the budget.
Level of customer satisfaction.
Keep maintenance structure in optimal performance.
Optimization of operations.
Previous experience
At least 5 years of experience, in operations area
Technical  Skills
Knowledge of Soft Railsys (SAP).
Computer, user level.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and / or electronic, applied to the operation of trains.
Knowledge of customer business operations and passenger fleet maintenance station, the commuter  system, Meters, Etc. Locomotives
Knowledge in Quality Standards (ISO 9001:2008), system management, health and safety
Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering Degree
Language skills
English or French, intermediate level and local language
