Operations Manager Sweden & Netherlands

We are searching for a Responsible for the Operations process in Sweden & Netherlands who fits this profile:

- Key Account Management: assuring an appropriate offer by managing our sellers and their inventory for each event.

- Operations: Setting up all the key-points and logistics involved: staff, location, supply, deadlines, branding material and inventory management

- Staff Management: Coordinate and train the team

- Stakeholder: Coordination with other departments to adapt the required needs.

- Partnerships Operations: Support the existing and new partnerships in the area

- Business Development: Identifying needs and new nests on the market to improve our services locally.


- Experience in eCommerce Start-Up.

- Economic background, capable of carrying the whole operative in these countries.

- Multi-tasking, open-minded and creative mentality.

- Problem-Solving profile ready to take fast decisions in a very fast changing environment.

- Ability to work under pressure, driven by results.

- Ability to manage a team.

- Customer oriented by providing excellent service to our customers.

- High level of commitment and flexibility.

- Experienced in working with KPIs and reporting.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to travel.
