Privileged Access Monitoring
Privileged Access monitoring team supports internal and external audit requirements for access control of data as well as providing secure infrastructure to our customers. The service provided by Privileged Access monitoring mitigates the risk on live environments, keeps the bank save from the insider threat risk and makes sure regulatory requirements are met. It is a first line of monitoring defense to protect Bank’s information assets from Infrastructure Services arising risks.
Pro-active monitoring and investigation of privileged access logs & alert queues. Analyzing cases where issues/process violation have appeared, tracking and reporting them further.
Communication and close work with Infrastructure Services Platform teams.
Demonstration of monitoring and risk reduction capabilities to auditors. Evidence storage and share to stakeholders/regulators when required.
Possible exception preparation/documentation for false access violation reporting.
Procedure maintenance, improvement and recommendation making.
Representation of statistical data during service review meetings.
Making service improvements – The associate will be expected to work on the automation and process documentation/implementation.
Work in rotating shift (9 hour shift 5 days a week including Saturday/Sunday).
Exposure on access and monitoring tools (e.g. Cyber Ark, Power Broker etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of system generated logs from at least one technology area (Windows, UNIX, Network, Middleware, Mainframe, Storage, Mid-range systems)
Fluent English communication skills, both orally and in writing
Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly and to demonstrate a flexible approach.
Professional Certifications preferred (e.g. ITIL)
Experience in Infrastructure/Application monitoring
Ability to code in any of languages is an advantage
