Key areas of accountability/responsibility
Delivers HR value by partnering with BU/EF leadership team to develop BU /EF annual people strategy which contributes to the realization of the business and people goals. The strategy contains the structure, people deployment, leadership, culture and talent management elements that are critical for the aimed business results.
Partners with people managers on initiatives to develop and enhance high performance and an inclusive and collaborative culture. Key elements are developing organizational and functional capabilities, embedding continuous (people process) improvements and developing client group culture based on with a special focus on diversity and inclusion.
Partners with people managers in the execution of strategic workforce planning, taking into considerations of macro and market trends, new product or indication launch, business target, location, cost, productivity and capability levels, competition and etc.
Drives all level talent discussion and succession planning through robust cross function calibration meeting, in field observation and assessment endeavors. Develops effective talent engagement and development approaches to expedite talent readiness with COE.
Works on organization related projects like launch readiness, restructuring, organization optimization and etc, effectively designs project framework & leverages cross functional teams to collaborate on the projects. 
Closely works with HR CoE teams in 1) bottom up developing BU specific people projects through data analysis, real case study and employee/leader interviews. 2) top down well implementing CoE initiatives in an agile and effective way. 3)hiring, meeting external talent, pipeline building and employee relations
Bachelor degree, majored in human resource, public relationship, psychology, business management or equivalent is preferred
Solid understanding of different HR modules such as total rewards, talent development, talent acquisition, organization development.
Strong business acumen and organizational agility are must.
Solid experience/knowledge on project management and change management.
Professional coaching skills would be preferred
Fluent in both spoken and written English
