Primagaz Talent Development Program
To support our journey towards a simpler and more digital Primagaz, we are looking for several graduate or newly graduated candidates who can quickly learn how to perform in a specialist role at mid/senior level, and how to improve the way of working in the role, team or the whole business.
Your educational background is not as important as your attitude. Whilst we are looking for people with an academic background at least at bachelor or diploma-level with a couple of years’ experience, we also need and value someone with a can-do attitude, the ability to adapt to the surroundings and a great desire for improvement.
We offer a 2-year development program, where we will track your development, build your professional capabilities and provide space for personal growth. You will have access to coaching, external training possibilities and you will get a mentor from our Management Team. After two years you will be assessed for a local future at Primagaz or internationally in SHV Energy.
Experience or interest within one or more of the following areas are preferred;
- Supply Chain
- Customer Service
You are positive and quick to learn. We expect that you are have native IT skills, with especially great Excel skills and a fundamental understanding of data and how to structure and use it. You are keen to develop and thrive on getting results. Finally, you are able to work with different people across organizational levels.
